Construction Management

An ADU is a second housing unit on the same property, whether it be a single-family house or a small apartment building. ADU’s often contain the key features you would expect, such as a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. A typical ADU will add significant utility to a property by providing additional living space for family or rental income. In addition, the overall value of the property will be increased accordingly. Construction can be a converted space of the existing structure, a converted garage, or an entirely new structure on the property. Another project located in Orange County is the conversion of three, inline parking garages of an existing three-unit apartment building. The three single garages are being converted into one; two bedroom/two bath apartment unit. Whereby effectively adding a fourth unit.
